Ballet Pensacola

Exercise your 1st amendment right to peaceably assemble! Join Ballet Pensacola for its production of Freedom Dance, a history of non-violent protests.

Marvel at the grace and athleticism of Ballet Pensacola’s dancers as they use contemporary movement to depict famous historical protests, from the Wounded Knee Massacre to Martin Luther King Jr.’s “I Have a Dream” speech. This thought-provoking production will transport you back-in-time to experience these world-changing events, exploring the spirit and legacy of free speech.

This show is performed in the MC Blanchard Courtroom Theatre at the Pensacola Cultural Center. This intimate setting will provide an immersive experience for the audience!
